Complaints procedure:-
 
How: -

Any one who wishes to lodge a complaint of any kind should follow the following procedure: -

Report the matter to the team manager.

If you feel you cannot approach the manager or wish to take the matter further then your next step would be to lodge a complaint with the club secretary.

In either case your complaint should include: -

·Your name, age group, contact details.
·Details of the complaint (date, time, where, whom).
·If applicable, the names of any witnesses present.
·If this complaint has been voiced previously (date, time, where, to whom).
·Your thoughts on an acceptable outcome.


How the complaint will be dealt with: -

Complaint submitted to the manager: -

Depending on the severity of the complaint the manager may choose to deal with the allegation as he sees fit, or bring the mater to the attention of the management committee at the next monthly meeting.

Complaint submitted to the secretary: -

The complaint will be brought before management committee at the next monthly meeting. The committee will have the power to warn, suspend or terminate the membership of anyone found to have broken the club's policies, rules or codes of conduct.


Outcome: -

The person who lodged the complaint will be informed of the outcome either verbally or in writing, depending on the severity of the complaint.
